He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Freres and Betty Freres (Glass); his stepfather Thomas Johnson Sr.; and his brother Mike Freres. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Freres (Jennifer) of Princeville and Daniel Freres of Peoria; his grandchildren, Conner, Brayden, Dawson and Rylan; and his siblings, Tina Wilson (Keith) of Metamora, Bonnie Masters (Ron) of Pekin, Michelle Johnson (Scott) of Peoria Heights, Bill Johnson (Lara) of St. Simons Island, Ronnie Freres, Bob Johnson of East Peoria and Thomas Johnson, Jr. of East Peoria. He is also survived by his grandchildren, wife, and family.
