She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Frances Lewis (Hayes); her brother-in-law Bub Frisby; her brother Jim Lewis; her nieces, Pamela, Patty and Kris; her cousin Matt; and her nephew Paul Grove.
She is survived by: her stepson Cody Choate; her stepgrandson Marshall; her sisters, June Loser (Ron) of Dunlap, Pat Frisby of Wyoming, Dorita Grove (Paul) of Wyoming and Wanda Wagner (Bruce) of Elmwood; her sister-in-law Shirlee Lewis of Washington; her brother Kenny Lewis (Shirley) of Dunlap; and her cousin Butch Gardner (Janice) of Princeville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
