She was predeceased by: her parents, William Loran and Juanita McDaniel (Tolley); and her sisters, Jean Richmond, JoAnn Flannigan (Wayne), Ray McDaniel (Mardell), David McDaniel (Rose), Curtis McDaniel and Jerry McDaniel.

She is survived by: her spouse Jerrold Elwyn Yess; her children, Gayle Fisher of The Woodlands, TX, Gwen Lea of Georgetown, TX, Greg Yess (Kari) of St. Louis, MO, Gary Yess (Beth) of Fort Worth, TX and Garth Yess (Lacey) of Princeville, IL; and her siblings, James McDaniel (Joan) of Mt, Connie Meador (David) of Nashville, TN and Nancy Clinton (Randy) of Cookeville, TN..
