With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Schindler of Princeville, Illinois, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on October 23, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Donahue and Juanita C. Bonilla Donahue; her husband Robert G. Schindler; her daughter Sara Schindler; and her sister Lorane Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, David Schindler (Tammy) of Ozark, AL, Steve Schindler (Connie) of Laura and Sue Steele (Dennis) of Peoria; and her sister Bonnie Bouton of Princeville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Akron-Princeville Ambulance Service or Akron-Princeville Fire District or the Monica United Methodist Church.
