He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Johnson and Joann Johnson (Corwin). He is survived by: his spouse Jackie; his son Matt Johnson (Becky); his grandchildren, Louisa, Ruby and Will; his daughter Kim Heider (Dan); his sisters, Linda Haile (Mike) and Karen Czuprynski (Jim); and his brother-in-law Dave Stephens. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.
