It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Yepsen (Princeton, Illinois), born in Kasbeer, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Edith A. Grant (Sneed); her husband Roger Yepsen; her children, Thomas Yepsen and Brenda Blair; her grandchildren, Timothy Blair, Brian Lee Rickels and Christina Marie Rickels; and her siblings, Margaret Wall of Vern LLoyd, George A. Grant and Clarence Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Griffin (Gary) of Oglesby and Jerry Yepsen (Mary) of Princeton; and her grandchildren, Heather Shue, Roger Rickels, Beth Croysdill, Christopher Yepsen and Billy Blair. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
