She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Phillips (Aaron) of Washington, IL; her grandchildren, Madeline Phillips and Mason Phillips; her sister Vicki Smith (Dan); her stepsiblings, Charlene Thompson, Debbie Taylor (Ross), Terry Guzman, Cindy Henderson (Clois), Steve Killen, Glen Killen (Val) and Michael Killen (Kristy); her stepfather Glen Killen; and her friend Anna Flaig. She is also survived by friends and any animals.
