It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby J Welsh (Princeton, Illinois), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl White and Wilma White (Wilson); her husband Paul E. Welsh; her sister Mary Flaherty; her son-in-law Dale Waugamon; her niece Deb Bubon; and her nephew Bob Welsh.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Waugamon of Wyanet, IL, Randy Welsh (Mike Welsh) of Princeton, IL and Colton (Conner Smith); and her brothers, Earl White (Diana), John Welsh (Judy) and Larry Flaherty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
