It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy August Pierson of Princeton, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Pierson and Adeila Pierson (Giesenhagen); his wife Marjorie Pierson; and his brothers, Francis and Harold Pierson.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Pierson (Deb) of Alton, IL, Bradley Pierson (Tina Hart) of Peoria, IL and Beth Everson (Harold) of Wyanet, IL; and his great grandchildren, Jade Kragt (Bryans Family), Preston Pierson (Robin Fields), Brady Pierson (Kelsie), Brooke Pierson, Jake Everson and Ashley Everson (Beths Family). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
