He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Harrod and Esther R. Harrod (Lindner); his daughter Cindy Harrod; and his sister Karen Helle. He is survived by: his children, Lance Harrod (Sue) of Oregon, IL, Keith Harrod of Princeton, IL, Rodney Harrod (Paula Carlson) of Tiskilwa, IL and Vicki Harrod of Knoxville, TN; his sister Diane Harrod of Princeton; and his grandchildren, Monique, Ryan, Stephanie, Jamie, Kendra and Kevin. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Norberg Memorial Home, Inc. (701 E Thompson St, Princeton, IL 61356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Mt. Bloom Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
