He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clementz and Marilyn Clementz (Truedson); and his sister Patricia Gannaway. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Jean Noble; his children, Heather Mattern of Princeton, IL and Tony Clementz of Princeton, IL; his grandchildren, Aaron, Becki Mattern of Princeton and Kolbey Clementz of Princeton, IL; and his brothers, Duane Clementz (Kim) of New Bedford, IL and Richard Clementz of Portage, WI. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
