She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Anderson (Berchon) and Andrew Anderson. She is survived by: her husband David Kocka; and her daughters, Patricia Herrera (Lance), Kathy Zurinski and Jill Cummins (Joe). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
