We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 69, Nikolaus Altmayer of Princeton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nikolaus Altmayer and Maria Altmayer (Magraff); his brother Leonhard Altmayer; and his granddaughter Evelyn Rose Zawistowski. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Zawistowski (Jeremy) of Tiskilwa, Illinois; his grandson Jared; his sisters, Maria House (Harvey) of Princeton and Ursula Sanchez of Princeton; his nephew Paul House (Viki) of Virginia; his nieces, Heidi Olson (Jeff) of Minnesota, Chelsea Sanchez of Princeton and Ericka Comer (Rob) of Princeton; his great-nephew Robert Comer; and his great-niece Amayah Comer of Princeton.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Princeton Christian Academy where his grandson attends.
