He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Beth; his sister Marlene Manahan; his daughter-in-law Suzanna C. Foley; and his friend Gail K. Bonucci. He is survived by: his children, Louis Foley Jr. of Sumter, SC, Darryn Foley of Blythewood, SC, Cheryle Williams (Mark) of Princeton, IL, Michelle Keutzer (Steven) of Princeton, IL, Karen Riva of Ottawa, IL and Laura Warhausen (Adam) of Freeland, MI; his grandchildren, Catherine Bussmann (Robert), Elizabeth Foley, Mark Jr. "Mack", Bennett Williams, Savannah Mistarz, James Foley, Lily Ann, Caroline, William, Kendall Keutzer, Mary Riva, Jared and Eli Warhausen; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Bussmann. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Legion Post #125 in Princeton, Illinois.
