He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hall of Princeton, IL; his granddaughter Jocelyn; his close friend George Hegland; his children, Jennifer Long (Matt) of Woodville, AL, Jenna Hodapp (Troy) of Princeton, IL and Brian Cook (Amy) of Woodville, AL; his grandchildren, Keagan Murphy (Amanda), Korey Murphy (Lissa), Cody Cook of Alabama, Layton Hodapp of Princeton, IL and Alec Hodapp of Princeton, IL; and his siblings, Arlyn Cook (Cherryl) of Alta Loma, CA, Stephen Cook of Tiskilwa, IL and Pamela Cain (Dave) of Flagstaff, AZ. He is also survived by his family, friends.
