He is survived by: his children, Tim Forristall (Jennifer) of Princeton, IL and Sara Clark (Mike) of Princeton, IL; his siblings, Steve Forristall (Mary Lou) of Luck, WI, Gerry Pieper (Sharon) of Luck, WI and Betty Frie (Dave) of Cumberland, WI; and his grandchildren, Morgan Forristall of Princeton, Tyler Forristall of Princeton, Makya Clark of Princeton, Alexis Clark of Princeton and Camden Clark of Princeton.
