He was predeceased by: his parents, James K Luigs Sr. and Betty Marion Luigs (Bromley); and his wife Sheri Luigs (Anderson). He is survived by: his daughter Betty Luigs; and his son-in-law Cody Gibson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and 'adopted' children.
