He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gustafson and Esther Gustafson (Johnson); his wife Monica Foster; and his siblings, Inez Gustafson, Mildred Saunders, Vivian Strugala, Lois Schertz, Gilbert Gustafson and Everett Gustafson.
He is survived by: his stepson Eric Foster (Candace) of Princeton; his stepgrandchildren, Chase, Haiden Foster and John Smith (Linda) of Princeton; and his nieces and nephews, Jody Johnson, Janie Estes, Steve Strugala, Rob Strugala, Dan Strugala and Allen Gustafson.
