He was predeceased by: his parent Judy Moss (Michael); his stepfather Jeff Madsen; and his uncle Gary Michael. He is survived by: his children, Austin Moss, Raeann Moss, Tyler Moss, Natalee Swan and Valaree Swan; his siblings, Angela Birkey, Barbie Patnoe (Dan), Gena Fines, Russ Moss and Megan Parks; and his nieces and nephews, Bracin and Braelynn Patnoe.
