He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Milanesi Stuart (Puddy). He is survived by: his wife Myra Polizzi (Smith); his sons, W. Scott Schwanke (Janet) of Deerfield, IL and Paul D. Schwanke (Ginna Shannon) of Eau Claire, MI.; his granddaughters, Beth Schwanke (Eric Bukstein) of Pittsburgh, PA and Lauren Schwanke of Deerfield, IL; his great grandchildren, Emma and Madeline Bukstein; his brother Roland K. Schwanke of Gridley, IL; and his stepchildren, Kim Hack (Larry) of Peoria, IL, Kevin Polizzi (Joyce), Kerry Polizzi (Jean) of Elmhurst, IL and Kirk Polizzi (Laura) of Wilmington, NC..
