He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Chase and Lois Chase (Stuepfert). He is survived by: his children, Brittany Balensiefen (Nathan), Kelli Plotz (Rick), Jim Chase (Jennifer) and Sheri White (Randy); and his grandchildren, Aspen and Kane Balensiefen.
