He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooper and Ruth Cooper (Honey); and his granddaughter Sarah Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Darrell Cooper, Jr. (Mirasol) of Sterling, Lisa Sommers of Princeton, Sondra Heidenreich (Don) of Walnut, David Cooper (Jennifer) of Dixon and Dawn Ianuzzi (Art) of Tampa, Florida; and his grandchildren, Paige Hornung (Alan), Cody Sommers, Jordan Sommers, Andrea Erickson (J. D.), Ashley McPhillips (Mark), Cole Cooper (Jenn), Brittany Lewis and Lindsay Ianuzzi. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
