He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie "Henry" Frank and Vivian I Boles; his brother Gail; his grandson Michael Birch of Alabama; and also, Kendall and Jackson Frank of Buda.
He is survived by: his wife Milly; his siblings, Lowell Frank and Shirley Lavelle; and his daughter-in-law Janet Frank. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
