He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wiemers of Prairietown; his children, John Wiemers (Brooke) of Troy, IL, Katrina Quattlander (Matt) of Nokomis, IL and Evan Wiemers (Jennifer) of Worden; his grandchildren, Waylon, Marlie, Mabry Wiemers, Emma, Louis, Alex Quattlander, Lyla and Jason Wiemers; and his brother Dan Wiemers (Nancy) of Prairietown, IL..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (7183 Renken Rd, Dorsey, IL 62021). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or School.
