He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Mary Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gallagher Prairie; his son William A. Gallagher of Michigan; his stepchildren, John Kirkley St (Marikay), Deanna Atkins Prairie, Rocher and Dale Kirkley Waterloo; his grandchildren, Thomas Bievenue, Brandy Kirkley, Scott Kirkley, Alicia Gunn, John Kirkley, Jr., Crystal Atkins, Sara Kirkley, Ben Atkins and Kaitlyn Kirkley; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Makayla, Cole, Jacob, Luke and Liam. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
