He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. and Ruth Elaine Gustafson Jr. (Williams); and his brother Glen. He is survived by: his sister Christina Campbell of North Henderson; his sister-in-law Patricia Gustafson of Galesburg; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Chandlee (Leah) of Coal Valley, Logan Chandlee (Angie) of North Henderson, Daniel Gustafson (Alisha Stark) of Galesburg, Natalie Ingle (David) of Victoria and Ryan Luvaas (Teresa) of Fort Worth, Texas.
