He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kitch and Hazel Kitch (Duncan); his grandsons, Devin and Thomas Kitch; and his siblings, Thomas, Richard Kitch and Roene Stokes.
He is survived by: his children, Elmer LeRoy Kitch Jr. of Keokuk, IA, Michelle Helms (Leon) of Abingdon, IL and Gaylen Kitch (Coy) of Avon, IL; and his brother Chester Kitch (Pat) of Avon, IL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the T.J. Pickett Masonic Lodge #307.
