She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Zawisza, Sr.; her son Theodore "Teddy"; and her great grandchild Elizabeth. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Johnson (William), John (Maureen) and Christine Koch (William "Ted"); her grandchildren, Tamara Freeman (Lance), Veronica Treco (Greg), William Johnson (Donna), Shawn Zawisza (Yara), Megan McDonagh (Jay), Ryan Zawisza (Emily), Lauren Grugel (Chad) and Karl Koch; and her great grandchildren, Lance Jr., John, James, Natalie, Emma, Sarah, Noah, Chloe, Elise, Olivia, Liam, Justin, Tyler, Becca, Estella, Nolan, Ben, Liv and Esme.
