Carlos Rios Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Rios of Posen, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juan Carlos Ortega and Rierrma Rios; his siblings, Alex, Stephanie, Zane, Janell and Erick; his aunt Raquel Rios; his nieces and nephews, Mason, Alexander, Kali and Amelia; his goddaughters, Amelia and Kali (Alexander); his uncle Ramon; and his aunt Mary. He was also cherished by many loving aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home South Holland (649 E 162nd St, South Holland, IL 60473). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Parish (4130 147th St, Midlothian, IL 60445).
