She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Horn; her grandparents, Hollis and Elsie Horn; and also Tim Bump. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kacie, Collin, Connor Perry and Dane "Doc" Carr; her husband Jimmy L. Carr; her son Jared; her daughter-in-law Breanna Carr of Geneseo, IL; her siblings, Tena Horn, Tim Horn, Randy Horn, Lisa Erikson and Bobbi Jo Horn; her cousin Terry Usry; and her aunt Kay Brewer. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
