He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Behm and Leona Behm (Fromme); and his sister Joyce Beale. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Snell (Richard, Jr.) and David Behm (Terry) of Eldridge, IA; his grandchildren, Richard Snell III (Emily Burke), Emma Snell, Lauren Behm, Cal Behm and Kendall Behm; and his close friend Shirley Meade.
