He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran J. Day and Frances T. Day (DuCharme); his former wife Roberta Elliott; and his brother-in-law Robert Moseley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pilon (Rausch); his children, Connie Day (Larry Robinson) of Port Byron, Dr. Richard Day Jr. (Denise) of Port Byron, Robert Day (Bonnie) of Port Byron, Thomas Day (Jodi) of Port Byron and Christine (Ruben); his stepsons, Douglas Pilon (Danielle), Lance Pilon (Chris Casillas), Adam Pilon (Nick Kapsis) and Mitchell Pilon (Jessica Feinman) of Madison, WI; his sister Linda Moseley of East Moline, IL; and his brother-in-law Glenn Elliott (Peggy) of Ketchikan, AK. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
