Fitch of Port Byron, Illinois, born in Avon, Illinois, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Fitch and Lula Fitch (Hammond); his son Gerald Fitch; and his siblings, Larry, Jane, Gary and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Fitch of Port Byron; his children, James Fitch (Sheryle) of Broomfield, CO, Larry Fitch of Edgewater, FL and Evelyn Hoffman of Edgewater, FL; his stepdaughter Gretchen Carpenter of Silvis, IL; his siblings, Geraldine Riddell, Ron Fitch (Marilyn), Carolyn Swanson, Cindy Hornback, David Ruark, Mark Ruark and Mike Ruark; and his grandchildren, Travis Hoffman, D. J. Fitch, Drew Fitch, Laura Crabtree, Nicole Fitch, William Fitch, Lily Fitch and Henry Lundburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
