He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Whitmarsh; his close friend Tammi Biscontine; his cousin Ryan Muckelston; his grandmother Tammy Muckelston; and his uncle Troy Muckelston.
He is survived by: his parents, Cassandra Chaney and Alan Weatherington; his siblings, Teresa Fentress, Michael Fentress (Amanda), Robert Chaney (Stephanie), Matthew Chaney (Ginger), Bailey Biscontine, Keyshia Chaney, Damien Muckelston, Kenny Summers, Destiney Summers, DJ Summers and Logan Summers; and his sister-in-law Angie Fentress. He is also survived by 16 nieces; 8 nephews and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kevin was born June 17, 1998 in Rock Island, IL with aplastic kidney's. On July 6, 2000 Cliff Summers donated his kidney to Kevin giving him 22 more years of life.
