We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, JoElla Joan Wise of Port Byron, Illinois, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wise and Gwendolyn Wise (Owen); and her brother Jerry Wise. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Byers (Aaron) of Hillsdale and Tracy Francis (Andy) of Port Byron; her siblings, David Wise (Linda) of Moline, Stephen Wise of New York and Debbie Wise of Colorado; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Leighty, Hollie Quilty (Mike) and Mattie Francis; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Kristal, Lily, Tristan and Sage; and her great great grandchildren, Carter and Cason.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
