It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Hall of Port Byron, Illinois, born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Helfrich and Dorothy Helfrich (Schulte); her husband Alan S. Hall; her daughter Pamela Hall; her daughter-in-law Annette Hall; her brothers, Ray M. Helfrich, Marvin "Butch" Helfrich and Richard "Dick" Helfrich; her brother-in-law Don Apple; and her stepfather Homer Sell.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Griesbach (Dave Griesbach) of Bettendorf, IA and Jeffrey Hall of Byron, IL; her sisters, Wanda Apple of Sterling, IL and Margery Simmons (John) of East Peoria, IL; her sister-in-law Mary Helfrich of Dixon, IL; and her granddaughters, Michelle (Ryan) and Kristyn Griesbach (Dakota Anderson).
