We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Donald H. Frits of Port Byron, Illinois, born in Stronghurst, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Frits and Alice M. Frits (Harris); and his wife Carol Hermes. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Simpson (Stephen), Michael Frits (Beth) of Martinez, GA, Paula Frits of Charlottesville, VA and Ted Frits (Karrie) of Lena, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Compassus Hospice or the Riverdale Education Foundation to be used for the trap shooting team or the bass fishing team.
