It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Forney (Port Byron, Illinois), who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kelsey and Clara Kelsey (Shilling); her husband Richard; and her siblings, Mary Lou Major, Lloyd, Edward, Keith Kelsey and Margaret Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Reader (Steve), East Moline and Richard Dean Forney (Kay); her siblings, Bonnie Cook, Bettendorf, Rebecca Kelsey and Paul Kelsey; her grandchildren, Shawn Forney, Chad Reader, Dawn Reader and Shannon Forney; and her great grandchild Braelyn Forney.
