He is survived by: his parents, Olivia and Robert; his sisters, Olivia and Octavia; his grandparents, Ron Chance, Ruth Chance of Belvidere, Robert Ivan and Ranay Ivan of Poplar Grove; his great-grandparents, Mattie Chance of Rockford, Anna Ivan of Gurnee and Nicholas Hengels of Belvidere; his children, Jacob, Brittany, Dakota, Emmah, Aunt, Marillyn Ivan of Rock Springs, Uncle and Thomas Ivan of Rochester; and also, Uncles, John Chance of Clarendon Hills and Nathan Chance of Corbin. He is also survived by aunts, great uncles, and 2nd cousins.
