He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edwards and Audrey Edwards; his wife Betty; and his sister Maxine Lee. He is survived by: his children, Barb Hall (Ken), Robb Edwards (Becky), Mary Smith (Larry), Mike Edwards (Lynn) and Suzi Parris (Konrad); and his siblings, Allen Edwards, Dorothy Fabrick and Aline Long. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the North Boone Education Foundation to establish a scholarship in Bob's name.
