He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Chudoba (Balcom); and his sister Becky LeBron. He is survived by: his father Victor Chudoba (Woodstock); his wife Laurie Chudoba (Meyer); his children, Joshua Chudoba, Brody Chudoba, Sydney Chudoba and Samantha Chudoba; his sister Beth Haines (Maquon); his in-laws, Gary and Kathe Meyer (Rockton); his brother-in-law Edwin LeBron; his nieces and nephews, Caleb Haines, Kira LeBron, Emily Haines, Adara Parker (Noah), Marianne Haines, Kaitlyn Hoover (Alex), Alexis LeBron and Luke LeBron; and his close friends, J. D. Mason and Jeff Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
