He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Mary Smith; his grandchildren, Mark Smith (Amy), Ginger Persson (Derek) and Debbie Brock-Smith; and his siblings, Leland Smith, Susie Klicko, Betty Mundy, Cheryl Clemons, Ivy Hejhal, Patsy Boston, Kelly-Jo Smith and Dorothy Denninger. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
