He is survived by: his parents, Gary Sparks and Kathleen Sparks (Daggett); his girlfriend Jennifer Blue; his sons, Jacob Dawley (Ashley), James Sparks (Zoey) and Christopher Sparks; his siblings, Gary Sparks (Cheryl) and Diana Sparks (Shawn Sage); and his grandchildren, Adalynn, Oliver Dawley, Lila and Ava Sparks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in James' honor may be made in care of the family to establish at a later date.
