He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leisure and Lorna Leisure (Allenson); his son Scott Parks; and his brother John Leisure. He is survived by: his wife Claire Pearson; his children, Aaron Leisure (Catie) and Heather Compton (Brian); his sister Lorrie Skogstad (Jim); and his grandsons, Andrew and Matthew.
