He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jensen and Naomi Jensen (Brosted); and his friend Greg Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Melodie Gae (Morris); his grandson Kai; his daughter Carly May (Josh); his stepdaughter Hailee Cox (Mike); his grandchildren, Kato and Kali Cox; his siblings, Kirk (Karen), Scott (Karen), Howard (Rhonda), Glen (Lisa), JoAnn Jensen, Joy Skorburg (Jared) and Jean Rebodos (Leon); his brothers-in-law, Clinton Morris (Julie), Clayton Morris (Julie), Clifton Morris and Brian; and his friend David Lindenmayer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
