He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale, Bev Weaver, Mel and Bonnie Carter. He is survived by: his former wife Tara Burda; his wife Tara Carter; his children, Lillian, Daphney and Lincoln; his parents, Penny Carter and Lynn Carter; his brother Andrew Carter; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Kim Burda. He is also survived by extended family members including two brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
