He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Lenore; and his siblings, Larry Bloodworth, Donnie Bloodworth, Janet Smith and Wilma Limpert.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Turner; his son Ronnie Bloodworth (Darlene) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Tessa Bloodworth (Austin Killian) and Alex Bloodworth; and his great grandchild Kadyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
