He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Lee Cundiff (McGovern); and his grandparents, Joann McGovern, Walter and Vivian Cundiff. He is survived by: his father Johnnie Ray Cundiff of Pontoon Beach, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and wonderful friends.
