He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell; his children, Jeff Campbell (Jennifer) of Highland, IL, Cathy Rodgers (Doug) of Piggott, AR, Tim Moneymaker (Monica) of Borger, TX and David Moneymaker (Sahn) of Granite City, IL; and his brothers, Bob Campbell (Nina) of Oklahoma and Bill Campbell (Shirley) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
