She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Anna Phillips (Phillips); her brother Charles Ray Phillips; her siblings-in-law, Eugene Thomas, Jackie Eugene Thomas, Margaret Ann and Betty Barunica; and her parents-in-law, Milo and Mary Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Dale, Vicki Chism of Dupo, IL, Brian Lee, Tracy Chism of Dupo, Edgar A., Tenisha Thomas Jr. of Edwardsville, IL, Jeffrey Carl and Sonya Chism of Arnold, MO; her niece Charlene; her nephew Jack Phillips; and her in-laws, Dickey of Maryland, Charles Thomas and Carolyn Bloomquist. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
